So, although I have been frugally slacking, I've actually done very well with my weight loss. Since January, I've lost 20 pounds. This past week, we've been on spring break, and I gained three back, but I'm hoping once I get back to work I can get rid of them again. I still have about 5 I'd like to knock out, but I'm very happy with the 20. Lots of protein, very low carbs, and exercise.
