Stevia bloats me something awful. Turns out I have an allergy to it! This diet stuff is hard, but Hubs and I have been working on it seriously for a couple of weeks. He lost 5 pounds the first week, and I lost 3. We are doing a very low carb diet, 20 grams a day, but we have high protein in the diet. It's quite doable, but takes time to plan, to shop, to cook...... Last night we ate at Applebees, and they had a wonderful plate for us: grilled chicken breast with pico de gallo on top, steamed broccoli, green beans with bacon, and grilled shrimp with butter sauce. That's perfect for the diet. At the moment, I'm not craving any sugars or starches, but I know the time will come! Stay strong!
