Still trying here.....still messing up in the late afternoon and evening. Need to get my dinner made early and eat before I fix the boys dinner. I used to do that and ate about 5 and it worked really well for me. I didn't feel the need to eat anything else after that and it kept me from snacking before dinner.

I caved yesterday and bought a new pair of fat jeans! I need something besides sweats to wear sometimes. I found them at a thrift store for 3 dollars and they are a current style and like new! They are slightly snug but will not be for long. Not so snug I won't wear them with a longer shirt,
Not weighing my self until next Monday.....but I am trying to stay on course! I know what I need to do so why can I not just do it??
