There are many things to look forward to in our lives. It can be as small as that cup of coffee, a book, a show or bigger things that are coming soon or even anything that is not happening for a while.
There are times that we might look at the day with dread or just wake up crummy or blah. It's easy to feel like you're on a hamster wheel. Looking forward to something can help get through those moments. For example, ALL winter, I look forward to spring. It really helps me to do a countdown of all the things I really look forward to when the snow and cold weather is finally gone!
