Cake Mix Cookies
1 cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup mix ins
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs until combined. Stir in the mix ins.
Scoop the dough place on baking sheet (rounded balls) at least 2 inches apart.
Bake until the cookies are set in the center, 9-12 minutes. This depends on the mix-ins. Start to check at the 8 minute mark.
Cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet then transfer to a cooling rack or a sheet of waxed paper.
Mix-ins can be chips, coconut, m&ms, nuts, candy bars such as crunch bars, butterfingers, crushed candy canes, mini peanut butter cups, etc.
